ProvenAir Sales Ltd is a manufacturing organisation geared specificaly to the needs of the heating,ventilating and air
conditioning industry. Offering a diverse range of products to the trade, ProvenAir has established
itself in a niche corner of the market, offering the customer specialist 'made to order' items of highqualityat a competitive
price. Response times to enquireis and delivery periods are also a key factor. It is therefore our main objective
to satisfy clients needs in these areas.
ProvenAir has three main areas of business:-
- Air Handling Units (AHU)
- Acoustic Items
- Ductwork
ProvenAir's range of AHU's have proved themselves to be amongst the market leaders
with features to catch the imagination of the architect, consulting engineer and contractor. Our AHU's are built around
a satin anodised aluminium pentapost framework with 25mm double skinned and insultaed panels as standard. Access doors are held securely by flush fit key operated quick release catches. Two finish types are offered: a
visually pleasing plastisol. coated goosewing grey finish for external applications or where generally on view; alternatively
a galvanised finish is offered as a more cost effective option.
Typically, our units are built for horizontal installation
although vertical units are an option. The units can comprise of a wide variety of components including panel and bag filters,
electric heaters, LPHW heating coils, chilled water and DX cooling coils. More recently we have introduced the option
of incorporating air to air heat recovery sections on combined supply / extract units. Fans are usually of the double inlet
centrifugal type and would be either direct or belt driven depending on the duty requirement. Belt driven fans are mounted
on a fully floating frame with anti-vibration mountings and canvas connection to the casing. Our only limitation is that of
physical size, so we tend to work with air volumes upto no more than 7.5 m3/s.
To support
the air handling unit range, we also offer single skinned twin fan extract units and fan boxes which may be acoustically lined
if required.
Within
our acoustic range, we offer rectangular and circular silencers, which can be supplied latch any flange drilling detail. Commonly,
our acoustic items are supplied as standard with a galvanised finish, although plastisol coated goosewing grey or powder paint
finishes are in many instances available as an option.
We also
manufacture rectangular and circular galvanised ductwork strictly to HVCA DW144 specification. Our rectangular ductwork comprises
proprietary flanges throughout. Weare fully modernised, having a computerised plasma profiling machine and a de-coiling plant
for manufacture of the rectangular straight lengths. We consequently produce competitively priced ductwork at a consistently
high quality.
Additionally,
we offer hoods and canopies to suit any application which can be supplied in either stainless steel, aluminium, or galvanised
steel.
